Former England captain and current test opener of England Alastair Cook announces his retirement unexpectedly. Eventhough he is just 33 old he can play cricket still few more years. But he announced this by keeping his last five month performance. The interesting fact is he is gonna play his last test match against the team he played his debut match.

Not only he shined as an opener for England. He lead the team England for two ashes series against their rivals Aussie. That is one of the biggest honor that he received in his lifetime. At the time of Cook playing peak in his career everyone thought cook may broke Sachin's record in test matches.
