                        Many of us love to eat fruits and most of us know its better to have fruit pulp directly rather than having it in the form of juice. Let come to our post whenever we heard the name "Orange" everyone will get its a  fruit and its one of the major colors. Of course the fruit too get that name from its color only. If someone asks you what will happen if you eat oranges? and our answer will be it is rich in vitamin C hence it will strengthen our teeth and bones.

                   Yes its right... and one more fruit is there which resembles exactly like orange in much bigger size. Sometimes we may get confusion between those two fruits. In that one is orange and another one is tangerine. Both the citrus fruits belongs to the same family. But tangerines are much bigger than oranges and having sour taste. But oranges are small and sweet, those pulp also can able to separate easily.

                  Lets move to our point. Apart from "Vitamin C" Oranges having lot of health benefits that you may not be aware of that. It contains minerals like Vitamin A & C, Fiber, Potassium, Protein, Folate, Fat and Calories.

               Oranges contains more lemanoids, a mineral which fight against cancer cells. Because of that if you are continuously eating oranges your chances of getting cancer will reduce. 

2. Kidney diseases
               Oranges naturally contains sugar elements in it so no need to put sugar while drinking it as juice. If you are drinking orange juice regularly it prevents your kidney from forming stones in it.

3. Reduces Cholesterol and heart diseases
               The pulp fruit contains lot of dis solvable healthy fibers which results in preventing the formation of Cholesterol. Potassium playing an important role in keeping the hear circulation constantly. Oranges are rich enough in potassium. So if you want to free from heart diseases better to have an orange everyday.

4. Vitamin C rich
                As everyone knows the vitamin C rich citrus fruit helps your bones and teeth strong. Which also gives enormous stamina and immunity. and the rich fiber content of orange helps you to free from excretory problems.

5. Vitamin A
                Usually carrots having vitamin A rich enough so it is prescribed for good eye sight. But in Oranges also its there in the form of kerotine. After consuming orange the kerotine gets converted into Vitamin A and it increases your sight sharpness.

6. Regulates blood pressure
                Oranges helps in regulating blood pressure, it makes our skin glow and replace our dead cells with new one, which results in glowing skin, it helps men in lot of ways by making their bones heavy strong and increases the quality of their sperm and its count.
