Shocking!!!!!!!!!!! Controversial overthrow 6 runs was miscalculated by Umpire as per ICC rule 19.8......

                                       ICC World Cup 2019 fest ends yesterday with lot of controversies. The hosts England lift the trophy for the first time in 44 yeas of world cup history without defeating New Zealand. Both the 50 over game and super over ends with tie. As per the rules of ICC, the team who ever scored maximum boundaries will be the winner. So England clinched their maiden title without defeating opponent. The biggest controversy of this match was the overthrow 6 runs awarded to England at 49th over 4th ball of 2nd innings. 

                            Many fans asked how umpire gave 6 runs to England. Here it is............. as per ICC rules if a throw from fielder hit batsman's bat unintentionally it should be consider as runs. Yesterday the same happened. Stokes running towards striker end to take second run of the 4th ball. Gutptil from Mid off collect the ball and threw it to keeper Latham. But the ball hit on Stokes bat and went boundary and Stokes completed his 2 runs too. So Umpire Kumara Dharmasena calculated like 2 runs + 4 runs and awarded 6 runs to England.

                              But While calculating the runs, Dharmasena made a mistake. As per the rules of ICC 19.8, if a ball hit batsman's bat and went boundary it should be consider as boundary. So England will get 4 runs. At the same time to compensate either side, the last run taken by batsman should be subtract from the total runs taken by him. It means if Stokes took 1 run only, Umpire should not consider the 1 run scored by him and should give only 4 runs came from over throw boundary.

                             Here is the match scenario, Stokes scored 2 runs by running between wickets, while trying to take 2nd run only the ball went to boundary. So as per rules of ICC 19.8 that second should not be consider as a run. It means 1 run + 4 runs alone need to consider and England should award with 5 runs only. This is the proper Calculation of ICC rule 19.8, But a miscalculation happened in yesterday's match. If Dharmasena would have calculated it properly. New Zealand will be the winner by 1 run at the end of 50 over. Some how Umpire's mis calculation results spoiled the world cup dream of Kiwis.

                        Not only this, Umpire's result was not good in the entire tournament. Even in finals, Ross Taylor was given LBW wrongly, the ball didnt even hit the stumps. Since Guptil has already wasted NZ review. Taylor cant able to take DRS call. ICC should keep this in mind in the upcoming world cups.
