Nissan unveils its first Electric Cross SUV - Nissan Ariya

                                   Another step from the Japanese car maker NISSAN in Electric Vehicles by  unveiling their complete electric cross over SUV model ARIYA on 15th June 2020. It is one of the most expected electric models from Nissan after the sensible model "Leaf" . The eSUV looks similar to the concept model which was revealed in earlier 2019. And the car makers came this time with New LOGO, of course based on their  "Z" trademark. Without wasting any time lets dive to explore this eSUV.

Note: This is not a review. Its all about the launch session of ARIYA.

                                    Nissan has updated their logo as like as their Z trademark and ARIYA is the first car going to run on roads with new Logo.

Design:

                 Nissan placed ARIYA in between the Qashqai and X-Trail with length of 4.6 m and maximum wheel base. It will be the most spacious one among B-segment vehicles. The car makers proudly introduced this eSUV as "a B-segment vehicle with wheel base as like C-segment". 

                 The dashboard equipped with 12.3 inch touchscreen with Pro-pilot 2.0 can control autonomous driving. Tech features like Amazon Alexa control, adjustable arm rest center console, Smart Key, Wireless mobile charging and of course equipped with Andriod/Apple Car play support.

Range:

                       Nissan claimed that ARIYA will provide a range of 300 miles with fully charged battery. With the help of fast charging in 30 minutes it can run upto 375 Kilo meters. Nissan claimed that ARIYA can reach 100 Kmph within 5.1 seconds.

Battery Option:

                    ARIYA came up in 2 wheel drive (Single motor FWD, 215 HP) and 4 wheel drive option (Dual Motor "e4ORCE AWD", 389 HP). They also provide two different battery option with 63 kWh and 87 kWh in both two and four wheel drives.

Looks:

                    Exterior aesthetic looks attractive and muscular as like a SUV. The Headlamp and grill with new Logo made more attractive from front. Single line tail lamp at end with Nissan name looks gorgeous. Alloy wheels give the majestic view of SUV. 

                     As of now ARIYA will go on sale in JAPAN from the mid of 2021. Later at the end of 2021 it has the possibility of running in the roads of US and Canada. We can expect the price will be around 34000 - 40000 USD. Looks like a wait for worth.
