England, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri lanka can able to make semi. How???? Here it is...

                                     ICC world cup 2019 tournament gave surprise to all cricket fans with lot of twists and turns than previous tournament. We are about to finish the league stage with 7 matches left. Almost every team played 7 matches and few played 8 matches too. Till now Defending Champions Australia is the only team confirmed their semi final spot. Almost its confirmed that they will be one who are going to finish as table toppers. Still they left with one match against South Africa. New Zealand and India were at second and third position respectively with 11 points each. For them no more problem to enter semi final. At the same time its not 100% confirmed too. But for the 4th semi finalist, almost 4 teams England, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka playing cat n mouse game now. Every team have equal chance. Lets see how they can qualify for semi........

England need to win or tie against Kiwi's: 

                     No1 ODI team before the tournament, now at No 2 is the option for many to lift world cup. As their expectation they started well but the loss against Srilanka put them in the condition for contenting semi finals. Because of that loss they had pressure like to win 2 games out of 3 against Australia, India and New Zealand. Remember they had worst record against those teams in world cup. But yesterday they beat India and increased their semi final chances.

  

                       Still one match left for them against New Zealand. If they beat Kiwis, England will finish with 12 points. As New Zealand and India already having 11 points England can safely enter semi finals. If the match was called of due to rain, England will get 11 points still qualify semi final with good net runrate. Currently they having +1.00 as run rate.

                        In case England lost the match, britishers should wait for the result of other three teams. Like Pakistan have to lose against Bangladesh, Bangladesh have to beat Pakistan as well need to lose against India and Srilanka have to lose atleast one match out of two.

Semi final chances for Pakistan: 

                        Many cricket fans especially Pak fans saying 2019 WC is the replica of 1992 WC. They have claiming many resemblance. Pakistan team not performing well as like expected somehow they beat Afghanistan from the edge of defeat. Now they are at 5th place with 9 points. Greenades left with only one match that too against Bangladesh. Remember they are not minnows now transformed into Monsters. Pakistan have no other option now, they have to beat Bangladesh to qualify semi finals.

Bangladesh waiting for their first semi: 

                                Many said Bangladesh performance is the biggest surprise of this world cup. Its wrong the fact is they have grown up. Admit it or not this is the best tournament in Bangladesh cricket history. One more thing Bangladesh is the only team in current world cup have capability of chasing 320+ target. Now they left with 2 matches with 7 points in hand. Still they have play against their neighbors India and Pakistan. But the problem is Bangladesh have to win both matches because of England's win against India yesterday. If they beat both neighbors with big margin, Bangladesh will finish league round with 11 points. At the same time England should lose against New Zealand. May be they were in good form but its quite difficult to achieve.

Srilanka - The Real surprise contestant in semi final race: 

                             Before the start of tournament no one will think that Srilanka will be one of the contestant in semi final race. Even they played their first match against New Zealand like that. They beat Afghanistan and got 2 points. Two abandoned match gave 2 points to Sri lanka. And the biggest surprise is they beat England by defending low score. These things made Sri lanka in this lost. Now Sri lanka left with two matches one against Windies (ongoing match) and another against India. Fate is Sri lanka have to win both matches with good runrate. So that they can finish with 10 points as well as good run rate. At the same time England should lose against New Zealand with big difference, Pakistan should lose against Bangladesh and Bangladesh should lose against India. If this happened England and Sri lanka finish with 10 points. Based on run rate Sri lanka may get chance to enter semi. But the chances are too less for that.
